CHECK-IN

When you check in please present your booking confirmation, a valid identity card or passport and a credit card or other means of payment (see "Payment methods"). 

The price of the rooms does not include the "taxe de séjour"/city tax, a tourist tax charged by the local authority. The daily amount payable per room is 4.24 EUR, VAT included.

Check-in is available from 3 pm. If you arrive early, you can leave your bags in our luggage store until your room is ready.

At check-in time, a deposit of 50€ per room will be asked to guarantee extras.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is required by 11am.
Late check out until 3:00 p.m. can be requested for a supplement of 20 € and depends on availability.
After check-out, bags can be left in the luggage storage of the hotel.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept various payment methods:

- Debit card (Maestro, Visa Electron, V Pay)

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment by credit card is accepted if the card holder is staying at the hotel. 

- Bank transfer: please carry out the bank transfer at least 8 working days before your date of arrival at the hotel, specifying your name, date of arrival and booking reference. The customer is responsible for all bank charges. Please find our bank details below: BNP PARIBAS FORTIS

Given the corona situation, payments in cash are discouraged.

CAR-PARKING

Hotel guests are welcome to use the hotel’s car-park. We charge € 20 per night per car, € 30 per Bus and € 10 for a motorbike.

This price is valid from the arrival of the client until noon (12am) of the day of departure. Subject to availability, parking can be extended for an additional charge of € 1.5 per hour. Parking for bikes is free. The number of places being limited, we advise you to reserve the car park at the time of the reservation of your room.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

INTERCONNECTING ROOMS

The Hotel Van Belle has a number of interconnecting rooms. They are ideal for families and friends. If you would like this sort of room then please let us know when making your booking.

CHILDREN, COTS AND FOLD-UP BEDS

There is a supplement of 12€ per night for a baby cot.
The maximum number of baby cots in a room is 1.
Baby cots can be used for a child upto 24 months old.
Cannot be used in Budget Single/Double and Standard Triple

FOOD POLICY

It is not allowed to eat in guest rooms and in the lobby.

SMOKING POLICY

Hotel Van Belle is 100% smoke free.
If you smoke in your room, a cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.
